How much do you know about IG at DCHS?

The Information Governance team would like to find how staff at DCHS feel about Information Governance.

This short survey asks staff to rate their knowledge/understanding of IG policies, procedures and training; how confident they feel about putting IG guidance into practice; whether they feel they have the correct IG tools, processes and support and whether they know when and how to raise an IG concern or incident.

Please respond to each statement as honestly as possible.  All answers will be collated and used to determine any improvements we can make with regards to the Information Governance agenda and will support our yearly submission to the Data Security and Protection Toolkit.

Thank you for taking time to complete this questionnaire. The deadline for responses is Monday 30 September 2019.
