This is an exclusive opportunity to participate in a BCS (The Chartered Institute for IT) Level 3 Software Development Technician development programme powering the progress of women-owned businesses in the UK.

IBM, Skills4Stem and WEConnect International in Europe have partnered to provide this Level 3 Software Development Technician programme for majority women-owned businesses in the UK who are interested in developing and growing their business.

Who is eligible to apply?
Applications to participate in the programme are open to all full time PAYE employed owners and staff from majority women-owned businesses in the UK but the business must be either self-registered or certified with WEConnect International before the first day of the programme.

IBM, Skills4Stem and WEConnect International will select the participants to join the programme.  Each participant will be required to attend all of the sessions to complete the programme.

Maths and English requirement: all participants will be required to provide Skills4Stem with scanned copies of certificates proving they have achieved Grade A-C in their Maths and English GCSE or equivalent. For participants who cannot provide these, it will be compulsory to do their Functional Skills Maths and English Level 2 during the programme.
