Rapid KL is a member of the International Bus Benchmarking Group (IBBG) since 2014. As part of its initiatives, the IBBG will conduct a global customer satisfaction survey to measure the level of customers' satisfaction covering various factors such as availability, accessibility, information, time, customer care, comfort, security & environment.
