Inclusive Activity Programme
The Inclusive Activity Programme is funded by Sport England and the workshop is delivered in partnership between Activity Alliance and UK Coaching.
UK Coaching and the Activity Alliance are interested in your feedback and would be extremely grateful if you could complete this short survey. It should take no longer than 10 minutes of your time.

Taking part is the survey is completely voluntary and it is up to you to decide whether or not to take part. You are free to refuse to take part or withdraw at any time by exiting the survey. You also do not have to respond to any question which you do not wish to answer. We abide by the Market Research Society code of conduct, and your responses will be held in accordance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The responses you provide are completely anonymous. We do not ask your name and you will not be identifiable in any report. The findings will be used by UK Coaching and Activity Alliance to help them understand the impact of the programme and how it could be improved. The findings will be used to create a report which may be shared publicly.
