Defining Botanic Gardens and Key Performance Indicators

At BGCI's most recent International Advisory Council (IAC), which was attended by global leaders of the botanic garden community, two key issues in need of further research and guidance were identified. These were:

- the criteria that define a botanic garden

- key performance indicators and measures of success specific to botanic gardens

BGCI is currently preparing a technical report exploring both of these key issues which, when published, will be distributed within the botanic garden and arboretum sector. This short survey will take you no longer than 10 minutes, and is designed to help us with the preparation of this report.
