Health and social care providers are preparing for a challenging winter as severe staffing shortages and a rise in demand for care and support continue to place tremendous strain on services. With care services struggling to cope and the impact being felt by people who require services, carers and families, we are inviting third sector organisations from the West Glamorgan region to participate in conversations to explore opportunities and share ideas on how we can work together to help alleviate the pressures and support the most vulnerable in our communities. The discussions in particular will focus on work as part of the Home First Programme in West Glamorgan. The workshop session will provide us with the opportunity to share with you some examples of the type of challenges and issues within the health and social care sector and to discuss your ideas and any solutions that could be provided by the sector.

The workshop session will take place on Monday 6th December from 11.00am – 12.30pm online via Zoom.

Please book your place below - Zoom joining information will be sent out prior to the event.
