Highland Council Trading Standards is committed to working with consumers and businesses to promote a successful tourism industry in the Highlands.  In recent times a range of large third party websites have entered the industry and significantly changed the way in which it operates.  These websites deal with issues such as bookings, reviews, social media and peer-to-peer contacts.

This survey aims to gather information about the experience of Highland tourist providers in dealing with these sites with a view to assessing whether there are any problems in this marketplace that require intervention from us.

So, if you are a tourist provider we would be very grateful if you could take a couple of minutes to complete our short survey.  Tell us about your experiences, good or bad. Please feel free to pass the survey onto anyone else who may have used these types of websites via their business.
