Finding Information about community child health services

Some Background
At our recent Health Q&A sessions, parent carers said that it isn't always easy to find the information they need to support the health and/or medical needs of their child. Parent carers said that they don't always know what information or support is available, or how to find it, or which health services are responsible for what.

To respond to this issue, Virgin Care are keen to work on their website to make it easier to access information about who does what and how to find the information you need as a parent carer.

To help Virgin Care make improvements to their website, we would be grateful if you could answer the  two questions in this survey: What information are you looking for, and What search words do you use to try to find the information you are looking for.

You can come back to this survey as often as you like. We will feedback to Virgin Care on a monthly basis to continually inform their work on their website. It would be especially helpful if you complete this survey after you try to find information to support your child's health and medical needs, to feedback what information you looked for and how you tried to find it.

You will not be identifiable by your responses. Survey responses will be shared with Virgin Care at least monthly to inform their website development.

The survey will remain open for the foreseeable future and we will update if a closing date is introduced in the future.

Thank you for your time.
