Haverhill Business Improvement District (Haverhill BID) Survey 2021

A Business Improvement District (BID) is an exciting way to help businesses take control of and improve their trading environment. If you are a business within the BID area you have the great opportunity to identify the projects, you want to implement that will make a positive change to your business and Haverhill Town Centre.

Heart of Haverhill was set up in 2018 by ONE Haverhill Partnership. Its function is to work with town centre businesses to share news, events and views that affect and interest the businesses in the heart of our town.

With good links to the region, Haverhill has the potential to attract visitors from a wide catchment area – bringing visitors and shoppers alike.

Alongside this, Business Improvement Districts have been an important part of high street regeneration for the last 15 years. They have delivered valuable investment, brought a sense of community and have led on innovative projects to bring places to life.

We believe that giving businesses one voice will produce better outcomes for everyone and we are actively supported by key public and private sector stakeholders. Everybody wants Haverhill to be successful.

We carried out surveys previously in relation to this but delayed any other work due to the immediate challenges faced by businesses with the COVID pandemic. As we see 'light at the end of tunnel' we felt it was the right the to restart the process which can help aid our recovery.
