Organic Market Report 2018 - Independent Retailer Survey

Soil Association Certification publish a market report every year, which is valued widely as a business planning and information document across the food and drink industry.

There is very accurate data available of sales of organic through UK supermarkets; however, there isn't a similar source for sales through independent shops. This is a key part of the market - your input, opinions and forecasts are extremely important to us, and will help with estimating the size of the total organic market.
