Introduction

Alzheimer Scotland Borders Services are consulting on information and support available in the Scottish Borders to those experiencing memory problems; carers; family members; and professionals.  We are interested to hear the views of people about access to support and information; what you have found helpful; and what can be improved.

This is your opportunity to have your say about the resources and support available to people with memory problems and their families in the Scottish Borders.  Any information you provide will be confidential.  Findings from this consultation will be made available publicly and will be presented to the Scottish Borders Integrated Joint Board.  This short survey of 10 questions should take around 10 minutes to fill in.
