Mapping the skills provision for advanced therapy medicinal products in Scotland

This survey has been commissioned by Scottish Enterprise, Skills Development Scotland and the Scottish Universities Life Science Alliance (SULSA).

The aim of this survey is to map out the current skills and training provision provided across Scotland in the field of advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), with the long-term goal of creating a Scottish Advanced Therapies Training Network. This Network would aim to 'join up' training provision and better support and develop scientists in Scotland in this field.

We are predominantly looking for information on training you provide externally, but we are also interested on what you provide internally to help us assess what is possible, in case there is potential to deliver externally in the future.

Bioprocesses relevant to human materials (i.e. Bioreactors, cell sorting)
Project management for biological products and processes
Cost of Goods (CoGs) analysis for biological products and processes
Quality Assurance for biological products
Definition and testing of Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) of products

Question Title

* 7. Are there any topics not covered here that you provide training for externally?

Question Title

* 8. Are there any topics not covered here that you DO NOT cover but would like to see training available for? Please specify at what level/to who this training is needed for.

Question Title

* 9. If you do not provide any external training described, what would you say are the reasons for not doing so?

Question Title
