With an increasing focus on personalisation of care, there is a need to further understand people’s lived experience of personal budgets, and in particular those who receive these via a Direct Payment in Essex. Healthwatch Essex would like to hear from those who access this service, to help inform a programme of work within Essex County Council, in particular shaping the emerging future Direct Payment offer.
