At 10Eighty we are undertaking a research project to look at the impact of disruptors on leadership behaviours. Obviously, the global lockdown is an example of this, but a disruptor might also mean new technology, a merger or a takeover. We are specifically looking at how leadership might change in the future as a result of these disruptors.

We started by undertaking a significant amount of desk research to inform our process and questions. We are now conducting a series of qualitative structured interviews as well as collecting data through this short questionnaire.

All of the data generated from these multiple sources will be used to produce a white paper which will share the findings and give recommendations on the requirements of leaders in the future. We have partnered with our media partner, The People Space, to launch the white paper in the Autumn through a series of virtual events.

All data provided will be anonymised, with no individual or company being specifically mentioned.

This questionnaire should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
