* 4. TCC is a charity which brings together diverse groups and trains people in community organising to become community leaders.  We facilitate face-to-face meetings between decision makers and local people so that those directly affected by an issue can influence decisions and get changes made.  The types of things we work on are very varied as they are raised by our members, who democratically make our decisions and set the organisation’s agenda.  Our member groups are spread across three counties, and include faith groups, community organisations, schools, and student groups, meaning we work with adults and young people from very varied backgrounds and areas.
