Question Title

* 1. #CATWALK4CONSENT is an event that focuses on taking the stigma away from sexual assault. Sexual assault can happen to anyone and affects a huge proportion of the population.

We are taking submissions of what people were wearing when they were sexually assaulted. In our society, the media focuses often on what a victim was wearing, taking the focus away from the perpetrator and perpetuating the idea of "victim blaming". We are taking these submissions to show that clothing is irrelevant in all cases of sexual assault and that the victim is never to blame.

If you submitted last year, you are absolutely free to submit again. We will not be using any submissions from last year that are not resubmitted this year, as we understand that consent can be revoked at any time.

Please consider that this survey asks you to describe sexual assault, and therefore may be triggering to some.

Question Title

* 2. If you have more than one submission that you would like to put forward, please submit it as a separate submission. It is completely OK if, for example, you consent to one submission being used in the event, but not the other. You are free to make as many submissions as you need to.

Question Title

* 3. In as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable with, what were you wearing when you were sexually assaulted? If you feel comfortable describing information about yourself (e.g Gender, Age), please do so.

Question Title

* 4. In our event we will be displaying stories of victims of sexual assault alongside their corresponded outfit submissions. This is still completely anonymous, and will be shown at our event to bring forward the reality of sexual assault. If you feel comfortable, please describe below.

Question Title

* 5. We would like to use these submissions for our #CATWALK4CONSENT on March 28th that raises awareness for sexual assault victims, and money for the charity Yellow Door. If you have submitted, please answer below. You will be anonymous.
