All data from this evaluation will be anonymous. Only the activity you have been on will be identified.
Usage
We reserve the right to use data collected during the evaluation in research reports and academic papers. The same rules with regard to anonymity will apply to these publications.
Ownership
Any data collected during this process will be the property of the City of Wolverhampton Council from the point at which it is collected. It will not be used until 72 hours after it has been collected. During this period if any participants are concerned about their contribution they can request it not be used by emailing HeadStart@wolverhampton.gov.uk or calling 01902 550851.
