Our online services

Six Town Housing Contact Centre deal with 80,000 contacts a year.  Last year you told us that you want more 24/7 services to contact us quickly and self serve if possible.  We launched Six Town Housing Customer App and we hope you like it.  We think that we could do more.  Please take part in this survey to help us understand how effective our online services currently are and how we could improve them.  All completed entries with name and address will be entered into a prize draw.  The closing date for this survey ends Friday 27 May 2022
