Food and Drink Manufacturing Survey - Health & Work
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is working with the Food and Drink Manufacture Forum (FDMF) to better understand workplace ill-health.
The HSE and FDMF would therefore appreciate your help by completing this survey which will allow the measurement of the awareness and understanding of a number of work-related health issues within workplaces across Great Britain where food and drink are manufactured; this will help HSE and FDMF better support businesses/organisations with health issues at work.
Your help will be invaluable in ensuring that future ill-health work is based on the best evidence.
Your responses will be treated in the strictest confidence: the survey is anonymous and no-one outside the research teams will see individual responses.
The survey consist of the following sections:
- You and your organization
- Health issues
- Work-related stress (WRS) / Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) / Occupational lung disease (OLD) (depending on which condition is of greatest concern to your organisation)
- Occupational health, FDMF & HSE
The deadline for the survey is 24 May 2019. Many thanks for all your help.
