1. Why should you do this survey?

This survey is brought to you in partnership with The HR World and Maru HR Recruitment and Consulting. For every survey completed we will be donating £2 to The Trussell Trust, which aims to stop poverty-related hunger in the UK.

We are hoping to find out what you consider your major challenges to be in the important time ahead and how your recruitment process can help you navigate these. 

The findings will be a part of a major white paper looking at solutions for the HR community and beyond.
