What is a Meetup? This post might help, but in short ask yourself the following. If you answer Yes to everything, then you probably have a meetup!:
1. Is this a gathering (big or small) of individuals interested in HR and People analytics/data?
2. Is it local to your area?
3. Is it inclusive to all types of people, does it promote diversity of thought?
4. Have you removed as many barriers to entry as possible, i.e. is it open and free/cheap?
5. Are you sure it isn't a secret sales presentation?
