Fullarton Youth & Community Sports Centre Survey for Community Groups

Expanding on the success of Fullarton Church's creative community centre development, Fullarton ConneXions, they are now looking to construct a new Youth and Community Sports Centre in an adjacent building. This project would build on Fullarton ConneXions' strong commitment to young people, sports activities and the wellbeing of all ages, body, mind and spirit. the project aims to include sports activities for people with disabilities as well.

To support the development of this project we are looking for local community groups and organisations to complete this questionnaire. The survey should take around 6 minutes to complete.
