TSSA has been concerned for some time that unlike other grades like Drivers, Guards, stations staff etc that those clerical grades in head office type environments have no specific forum or 'divisional council' with which to air their concerns and seek to resolve issues specific to your grade group.
As there is no divisional council this hampers our efforts to ensure that you have dedicated representatives looking after your needs which is something that TSSA feels needs to change but we need your help to do this. This survey is designed to understand what issues you may be facing in the workplace and also see if any of our members are interested in championing these issues both locally and higher within GWR.
Please spend a little time responding to the survey to help us understand what is important to you and your colleagues. It would also be helpful if you could speak to your colleagues who are not in a union to ask them to complete this survey and also encourage them to join TSSA at www.tssa.org.uk/join
