About this survey

This survey aims to examine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on employment relationships within the NHS. All responses will be confidential and your anonymity will be protected. Data will be stored and processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. 

The survey is part of a wider research project led by Professor Richard Saundry, a leading academic expert in the management of workplace conflict, and commissioned by the HPMA, CMP Resolutions and Selenity. The findings of the research will provide important insights into the unique challenges that the pandemic has raised for HR professionals and will help to inform strategies to build positive relationships, protect employee wellbeing and safeguard patient care.
