PASA Survey - Net Pay Arrangements versus Relief at Source for member contributions

1. Scheme Information

Calling all PASA supporters and friends who administer the deduction of member scheme contributions. PASA is aiming to carry out a short piece of research into the proportion of members and contributions administered using Net Pay Arrangements (NPA) and Relief at Source (RAS) to deduct member contributions and account for tax. We will use the data we collect from this very short survey (which will be totally anonymised), to help find an administratively straightforward solution to a tax anomaly that currently impacts low paid employees who pay contributions to their pension scheme.
