How resilient is your business?

Creativity Works is developing a Creative Resilience Programme to help support businesses with the personal resilience of their employees, leading to an increase in employee wellbeing in the workplace, increased productivity and increased staff retention. To help us develop this programme, we would value your feedback on what you currently do and see if you would be interested in taking part in a pilot of the course.
