Ana - I ask my new adult students to record themselves talking about something they’re interested in for 1-2 minutes and then share the recording with me via Speakpipe. Not only can I listen and analyse their pronunciation, I also find out about their interests. Daniel - I teach students from different countries so I do some research about my learner’s mother tongue to find out what sounds are likely to be a problem. Then, in class, when my learner’s speaking, I listen for those sounds and identify if they’re an issue or not. Tony - I ask my learners’ permission to record a lesson via my platform. I then listen back to parts of it so I can spend more time listening to their use of pronunciation. I find it easier than trying to do it in a lesson. Other (please specify) OK DONE
