Liberal Jewish communities in lockdown |
A snapshot of Liberal Jews at a time of pandemic
This is to document our current activities and create an archive for the future.
In the crisis of the Second World War, ULPS did a number of unusual things, e.g. we ran correspondence courses for children who had been evacuated; Lily Montagu set up a penpal scheme for newly arrived refugees and Belsize Park synagogue was born, with services in German and Hebrew and drawing on their own German Progressive traditions.
This time most of us are online and on Zoom or similar platforms, in ways unimaginable not long ago.
Please feel free to answer as many or as few questions as you wish.
