Aiming High Short Breaks

Stockport Council's Aiming High team organises a variety of group-based leisure activities throughout the year for children and young people with disabilities.  The team would like to find out about your experience of using Aiming High services so that they can make best use of the budget available and ensure that the activities are right for your children.

Please complete the questionnaire if you have used Aiming High group activities, or if you would like to but have not had the opportunity to do so.
