This is the new, updated Stagetext feedback survey. It has been created with the help of the user panel, and will offer the opportunity to discuss access issues directly related to d/Deaf, deafened and hard of hearing audiences.
Please be aware that Stagetext advise and pass on feedback to venues where deemed necessary as part of the ongoing responsibility of the Theatre Programme Manager. Any issues, such as ticketing, physical access, and communications, still remain the responsibility of the venue. Any feedback regarding our captions and subtitles will be handled by Stagetext.
We would also encourage the user panel to give regular feedback to venues they attend; everyone needs to know when they are doing a good job or whether there's room for improvement.
