About This Survey
Thank you for your interest in taking part in this survey. The following questionnaire aims to understand businesses in Walsall and their approach to Diversity and Inclusivity practices in the workplace.
We appreciate your input to make the workplace in Walsall more equal and diverse. By completing this survey, you could be in with the chance of securing a fully funded place for one member of your team on a future Management Development Programme (worth £1,950 + VAT) run by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce.
The questionnaire includes FIVE sections: your business, current Diversity and Inclusion practices, your workplace, business performance and the impact of COVID-19 on your business and it takes 10 minutes to complete.
We are asking that this questionnaire is completed by either an owner/proprietor, member of the board of directors or a manager whose responsible includes Diversity and Inclusion for the business.
This research project, commissioned by Walsall for All and the Department for Works and Pensions, is managed by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with its research partner the University of Wolverhampton.
Your response to the survey will be completely anonymous and treated in confidence.
