What ventilators do you use?

We are conducting a brief four question survey to understand the distribution of different ventilator brands/models in adult ICUs across the UK. This will help to establish the feasibility of a national trial of Neurally Adjusted Ventilatory Assist (NAVA) prior to our HTA application. 

If you have already corresponded with us, then you do not need to complete this survey.
