Healthy Homes Ireland Initiative
Introduction
Established in December 2021, Healthy Homes Ireland (HHI) is an initiative between the Irish Green Building Council (IGBC) and VELUX, which aims to raise awareness of the link between good health and good quality housing in Ireland. It is led by a high-level Steering Group. Further details about HHI can be found at: https://www.igbc.ie/healthy-homes-ireland-launched/.
HHI has commissioned CBRE Ireland to research how we can improve the quality of Ireland’s homes and the health and well-being of their occupants. Based on market research and extensive stakeholder engagement, draft recommendations have been developed in close consultation with the HHI Steering Group. These focus on the indoor environmental quality (IEQ) of our homes.
We invite you to give your views on the draft recommendations in the following survey, which we ask you to complete by Friday 19 May.
