As part of this year’s Hampshire Food Festival 20th anniversary celebrations, we are delighted to be working with our project partner, Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, on the Great Solent Seafood campaign, to offer this competition.
SIX of our readers will win the chance to join us, each bringing a guest, to learn how to prep and cook local sustainable seafood at a special half-day Great Solent Seafood course at SEASON Cookery School, Lainston House, on Friday 16th September 2022.
SEASON Cookery School is one of Hampshire’s leading experience venues within the grounds of luxury country house hotel Lainston House, part of the Exclusive Collection, Sparsholt, near Winchester.

Terms and conditions
- Prize: Six prizes of 1x Half day cookery experience with Great Solent Seafood at SEASON Cookery School, Lainston House for two. There will be six winners in total; each winner is invited to bring one guest.
- If any winners choose not to bring a guest we will draw an additional winner to attend, to ensure that all 12 places are filled for this special Great Solent Seafood cookery session.
- Every winner and their guest must be able to attend the session to be held on Friday 16th September 2022.
- Closing date 1st August 2022. The winners will be notified by the 3rd August 2022 using the contact details provided on entry, The winner will have 48hrs to claim their prize, If we do not hear from the winner with 48hrs, Hampshire Fare reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
