The Huntington’s Disease Association is gathering feedback from health and social care professionals we work with to ensure better support for people affected by Huntington’s disease. We would like to hear your professional views on our work and how we work together. We would like you to complete the short survey we have put together.

The survey should only take about 6 minutes to complete. The results will help us to monitor our work with other organisations. It will also help us to get a good understanding of your professional involvement with the Huntington’s Disease Association and how we may work together in the future.

Your information will also help us to better support our services when lockdown, social distancing and shielding comes to an end.  In addition, the information you provide will allow us to inform potential funders all we are doing to support people affected by Huntington’s disease.
