The Toy Library currently charges £15 for annual membership, plus hire fees for any toys borrowed (which range from 20p to £2 for a fortnight's hire). We are considering removing hire fees and having a higher membership fee - perhaps around £35 (with fees for overdue toys, like in a regular book library). The new system would save the charity/volunteers a lot of time and admin. Which option would you prefer, and why?
