St Paul's Surgery phone system Question Title * 1. Which would you rather Get through to the practice 1st time but have to wait in a call queue for longer. Avg 6 minutes but at peak times possibly as much as 20 minutes Or hear our engaged tone more often if we are busy (you will have to keep redialling) but finally once you are in the call queue you are answered quickly Question Title * 2. What are your thought's on the practice spending £8000 per year for a caller position in a queue number? This expensive is unjustifiable, would rather see it reinvested in Patient Care Knowing my position in the queue is worth the practice expense. I note this would divert funds away from something else Question Title * 3. Do you have any further feedback on our new phone system. Good, bad or different. Done
