This survey should be completed by the person responsible for or who is involved in fundraising for your organisation. 

This survey has two purposes: 

1.  To collect up to date information to present to the Yorkshire Funders’ Forum. HARCVS is a member of a Funding Advisors Network. This network will be meeting with the Yorkshire Funders’ Forum (made up of representatives from Big Lottery Fund, Comic Relief, Community Foundations and a range of regional and national charitable trust funders) in October 2016. At this meeting the network plan to present the findings from this survey to the funders to influence their funding priorities over the next year.

2.  To inform the future delivery of HARCVS funding and development advice service.

All responses will be treated as confidential and you may choose to remain anonymous if you wish. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
