The following questions will help us understand parent/carers’ current experiences of support for their child’s SLCN, how easy they found it to get help, and if they felt involved in supporting their child.

We would like you to ask parents/carers the questions supported by the activity pack, and help them to respond if needed. You may want to compete this on an individual basis with parents/carers or as part of a group. We would then like you to add their responses to this online questionnaire.
