i-THRIVE Grids: Descriptor Poll

There are currently two versions of each i-THRIVE Grid, one of which contains information and details of services which are currently available inside the NHS, and the other which refers to what is available outside of the NHS. Feedback from service user groups has indicated that these descriptors may not be the most helpful. We would therefore welcome any feedback or suggestions on what may be a more helpful and accurate descriptor.
