A Survey for Health Commissioners

Please let us know your thoughts on commissioning support for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN)

Please spend ten minutes completing this short survey. This will give us important information about how support for children with SLCN is planned and commissioned.

The closing date for completing this short survey is Friday 28th July 2017.

Please feel free to respond to any question on which you have a view, there are 22 questions in total. If you are unsure or just don’t know, please move on to the next question.
