GFT Movie Memories Audience Survey

Who is this survey for?

The survey is primarily designed for audiences of Movie Memories who are affected by dementia; those living with dementia, unpaid/paid carers of people living with dementia, friends and family who require a relaxed screening to enjoy a film.

We also welcome feedback from those audience-goers of Movie Memories who are not affected by dementia but have an ongoing interest in the programme.

How long will it take to complete?

Around 15 minutes.

What will we do with the data?

GFT will take your responses to help us develop our event ideas and to inform our re-starting plan for Movie Memories. We will never share individual responses, except by express permission.
