About this survey

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, many women have had to adjust to working from home. Unfortunately, this has not resulted in less sexual harassment at work. In fact, some women are reporting an increase in the harassment they experience. From cyber harassment to taking advantage of there being fewer witnesses in the office, we are seeing that perpetrators have adapted to new working patterns.

Do you have something to say about your experience of sexual harassment at work or working from home? Whatever your experience, and wherever you work, we want to hear about it, and if new working patterns have impacted your experiences of sexual harassment at work.

Rights of Women is a charity which empowers women through the law. Our team of women lawyers offer free legal advice to women in England and Wales who are experiencing sexual harassment at work. Details about how to get in touch are on our website.

The survey is anonymous and should take around 10 minutes to answer. We will use the responses from this survey in our continuous campaign for women's access to justice. By completing this survey, you are giving your consent for us to use your anonymous answers in our campaign and media work, including direct quotes.

At the end of the survey, we will ask you some questions about your identity, to better understand if we are reaching women from different groups. This will also enable us to understand if there are experiences that are unique to particular groups of women. This information will also be anonymous, but if you do not wish to provide it then you do not have to and can click Prefer not to say.

Please note that this survey is for women in England and Wales only.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences and helping us to end sexual harassment at work.
