Inspire Prices and Discounts

* 10. The Local Government Association is supporting Inspire by offering every council a subsidy of £150 off the booking price. In addition WME is offering all Aspire Alumni 10% off the booking price. (Only one offer may be applied per booking). Please select the offer to apply to your booking (don’t worry we can check and apply the LGA subsidy for you if you are unsure).

Booking Process, Invoicing and Payment

- Delegates will be required to complete a booking form as part of the online application process.
- An email will be sent confirming a delegate place has been secured to the email address provided.
- An invoice will be sent for the full fee and payment should be made before the event and no later than 30 days.
- Full joining instructions will be sent to the delegate by email approximately 10 days before the programme start date.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to hub@wmemployers.org.uk and the following cancellation charges will apply:

- Cancellation of a booking within 4 weeks or less of the event - 50% of the fee is payable
- Cancellation of a booking within 2 weeks or less of the event - 100% of the fee is payable

An alternative delegate may be nominated to attend to avoid cancellation charges, but a new booking form must be completed for the replacement delegate and submitted to hub@wmemployers.org.uk This change will be subject to confirmation by return email prior to the event.
