Grounds Maintenance Survey

Grass: We aim to cut the grassed areas on a monthly basis.

Shrubs: We aim to prune shrubbery twice per year and keep shrub beds free of weeds.

Pathways: We aim to keep pathways, drying areas, car parks and other hard-standing areas free of weeds and moss.

Trees: We inspect the health of trees on each visit and arrange further work as necessary.

Litter: We aim to litter pick on each visit to keep communal areas free from litter.
