Mental Health and Well Being Nurse Service (MHWNS)

Hi. My name is Dina. I have been asked to carry out a formal evaluation of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Nurse Service (MHWNS). The MHWNS started in Links Health Centre in June 2017. This 2-day service was started by James Kennedy. You are receiving this questionnaire as you would have been seen by James.
