Inclusive streets: draft position paper

As part of our work on inclusive streets, including at the 2020 Walking Summit, we are seeking input from relevant partners in Scotland. We have drafted a position paper on our approach to inclusive streets, reflecting on barriers to delivering better streets for everyone and approaches to address these barriers in our work.
