Grainger Medical Group is a GP practice which is located in two sites – Elswick Health Centre and Scotswood GP practice. The contract is held by Cruddas Park Surgery under an emergency contract which is due to end on 30 November 2017.   

We have listened to patient views from the survey in June and have taken this feedback into account by developing plans for the future of services in the area.

This survey gives you the opportunity to tell us what you think about these plans.
