We ask for personal information from you as part of our public task to deliver library services. If you give us permission we may contact you after completion of the course to collect feedback that will help us plan our programme. We will not use personal data for any other reason, or share it with others, unless we need to do so by law, for example, to prevent or detect crime.
We ask for gender and age as it helps when we are developing services aimed at specific groups of customers. We will retain your information for 3 years, to support the development of learning activities after which your information will be deleted from our system.
