Introduction

This survey is being sent to Fellows for completion by them or their designated representative.

As well as responsibility for cancer datasets and tissue pathways, the RCPath Working Group for Cancer Services (WGCS) advises the College on procedures, standards and guidance necessary to ensure high standards of pathology in relation to cancer services, and to prevent the proliferation of diverse and possibly conflicting local guidelines.

In this survey we want to understand from Cellular Pathology and Haematology Fellows how genomic, molecular and immunohistochemical testing of cancers is implemented, can be improved, and impacts on service and patient care.

The results of the survey will be vital to inform discussions between the College, health agencies, and commissioners of pathology in genomic medicine of cancer datasets, tissue pathways, and such discussions will also impact capacity building and job planning.

Please complete this survey by 5:00pm on Monday 6 September 2021.

Please note that personal data will not be included in any reports.  We draw your attention to the RCPath Privacy Policy, to which we adhere.
